I had monk's mussels. They were 2lbs of mussels with monk's frites. They were very good. It is basically just a small menu that has some of monk's items. My friends had the salmon special which was very good and I don't normally like salmon. Our waiter was excellent. He definitely was patient with us and you never had a problem finding him. The only thing is if you were in the mood for monk's food just go to monk's cafe.

I thought the food was excellent and the service was fair. It is very spacious and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Great beer. The best brewery in Philadelphia. Nice sandwiches, quite big and good fries. Menu needs to be updated; same selections as when it opened.
