Absolutely magnificent!!!! I spent an evening at Bube's Brewery and it was quite the pleasant experience. I started with dinner at their restaraunt in the Catacombs, then wandered up the biergarten for desert and drinks, and finally ended up at their wonderful bar with live music. A Thumbs-Up for Bube's Brewery, good food, good drink, good atmosphere, and good entertainment. What more can one ask would be the question.

A unique dining experience. Excellant food and fantastic atmosphere. We ate in the Catacombs, a cellar way below ground. Worth the trip.

This had to have been the worst dining experience my family and I ever had. The food was mediocre and the service and manager were unresponsive to our concerns. We filed a complaint with the BBB in Pa. We could never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I dined on a Sunday at one of the Roman Feasts. I had a wonderful evening and couldn't wait to attend another one. The entertainment was terrific, and the food was great. The wine seemed a little watered down, but was offset by the rest of the production. It was a night to remember.

We dined at Bube's Brewery on August 4, 2001. We enjoyed the tour and the atmosphere of the catacombs where we had our dinner. My meal was mediocre, although others in my party said theirs were good. We were charged for asking for more pretzels which were on the table when we sat down. This was a bit much. Interesting place to visit. Wouldn't spend so much money there again.

This restaurant is excellent. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is just as good. I can't wait until they open up the Victorian Hotel as a bed and breakfast.

I have dined there on more then one occasion. And each time they seem to surprise me with something else. From the classic style to the feasts. There is no better. Keep up the good work.

I took my daughter there Friday nite for a quiet dinner but we had ANYTHING but that. The seating is JAMMED!! I got my elbows knocked by everyone who walked past. The food was mediocre and the staff was shabbily dressed. For the money I would have expected MUCH more. I looked at the menu for the "catacombs", and I'm sure glad I didn't spend the $25+ per entrée for that!! They do a lot with their ad flyers; maybe they should just be another sleazy theme bar....

The pirate theme was appalling to say the least. The pirates made their tips not by acting well but, by touching & massaging the guests! The pirate actors were drinking from our pitchers of beer & ate right off our plates! The sleazy girl pirate, Ruby, had No acting ability at all & was making lewd comments about the women while massaging the men with no shirts on using a fork!!! Terrible Dinner!

Mediocre overpriced food but the worst part was the poor service of the woman who was too busy flirting to do her serving job proficiently. Felt unwanted as a customer.

I can’t right a review on the food because it never came, apparently when it rains their computer systems go down and they don’t know how to use the yellow slips in the kitchen behind the waitress’s order tags. We had reservation, w/10 people, @ 7:50pm, they took our order, 1hr & 15min into it, we asked to talk to a manager. He came out quite defensive about us being disappointed. By 8:20pm, he came back, and told us they just put our order in the kitchen. We left got up and left.

Overpriced for the quality of food and really bad - near nonexistent-service. I could have had better at any cheap diner. Overall--Not a good experience
