Delightful menu selections along with excellent service make this restaurant a must try! Poached salmon is wonderful as is their creme brulee. I have yet to be disappointed. The art work gracing the restaurant's walls adds to the most pleasurable experience....many David Armstrong prints are featured on this quaint restaurant's walls.

The best thing that I can say is consistency. The service is pleasant but very slow. If you are looking for a 2 hour lunch or dinner, this is the place. Food is generally good, although a bit pricey. Regarding another reviewers comments on the creme brulee, I would have to disagree. Have you ever eaten creme brulee with a watery consistency? This is always under-cooked.

Pine Barn Inn is the best in it's area. I had a chef's special of the day. It was a chicken breast stuffed with a crab/dill stuffing and my wife had the other special, red snapper with a pear/melon cream sauce and it was amazing.

Not only very poor service but bill padding to try to hide it. No water served, no soft drinks as promised, then lies about what was served to cover it up when notified about discrepancy. Locals had warned me to avoid this place but I was fooled by Joanne's (seemingly) cooperative attitude before our event. During event, untrained young person put in charge. Watch your bill and compare it to what you actually receive!! Don't book your event there if you care about your guests.
