Excellently prepared food, good portions and delicious warm bread. Service could be a little better at checking back with table while dining and deliver the check more promptly when patrons are finished. I waited ten minutes or more for someone to bring my check back to the table. However servers were pleasant and friendly. I will be returning many times to try more of the items listed on their plentiful menu.

Delicious food, good service. However our seating location, front of restauraunt/non-smoking, was rather cold and drafty.

This place stinks. I waited 45 minutes and was seated at a table for 6. I ordered the calamari appetizer and the $18 steak with garlic potatoes and asparagus. The calamari was rubbery, and over-breaded, and the steak tasted like lighter fluid. Both were inedible. Don't waste your time.

Service, Food, and Prices were excellent. My party enjoyed the crabmeat marinated in lime juice and tortilla chips appetizer along with the lobster stuffed mushroom appetizer. Dinner was fabulous as we enjoyed the Chilean Sea Bass, and the Crab Cakes. One member of my party came back the next night she liked it sooooo much. We had this great table on the second floor overlooking the bar. Dining experience was great. And.... We are not Harrisburgers!

We had a large group so we preordered from the restaurant's website as they directed. When the food was served, dishes were substituted without checking with us. Prices charged were higher than the website prices. Restaurant unresponsive to our comments.

INCREDIBLE! I have never had a bad meal here. I have been here a number of times including a private party of 30 people and have always had great food and great service. This is the only place my wife and I will celebrate special occasions. Must try!

Definitely hit or miss in both service and food. The Phoenician trout has always been excellent. Most chicken dishes seem to be over cooked. Better food at better prices can be found elsewhere.

I enjoyed this place very much! The food was wonderful and with reservations we got seated right away. I had the firehouse pasta and my husband had the chicken marsala. The other couple we were with both had the steak sandwich with clam appetizers. They loved their dishes as well. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 was the smoke on the second floor. I understand it is a bar too, but we were seated in a non-smoking section and my eyes still burned.

I eat here about 2-3 times a month for lunch. I have never had a bad meal. I occasionally have very slow service but this happens everywhere in Harrisburg during lunch. I recommend the blackened chicken cheese steak.

Father's Day lunch was a major disappoinment. No ribs, no wings dry prime rib. Overpriced and poor service.

The Firehouse wasn't a bad place to eat at, while on my business trip. I found that their food was quite good and I believe it to be one of the best places I've ever ate out at. I had a lot of fun here and, while a little crowded, the atmosphere more than makes up for it.

I went here for dinner with two friends. Our drinks were substituted without asking. Two of our main courses were incorrect, the one being served to me almost raw. When asked to speak to the manager, he would not come to our table. Not great customer service in my opinion. The only two positives were really good calamari and it has a unique atmosphere. Not a great overall experience and I will never eat here again.

The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I loved the Hawg Wings and my filet mignon was cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great food...the Backdraft Chicken is the best!!! But the place is full of drunks that have NOWHERE to go, and ssslllluuuttterrr "welcome ta da fieyahause". This place needs to clean up their garbage or move it away from people entering the establishment.
