While the main selections in the buffet were good, the desserts were cheap store-bought. We had a pre-planned group party; tables were not set for the group to be together; there was plenty of room. Most agreed the beer was pretty bad. The waitress was overheard to make disparaging comments; not very accommodating. All in our party are local folks, and all agree they will not return. (Some were there for 2nd try from their first negative visit when it opened.) Overall fairly inhospitable.

Had a very poorly prepared dinner. Service was only marginal.

Whimpy beer, no character, little flavor, watery, thin, disgustingly bodyless. Brewmaster could work for Budweiser. Service slow, disorganized. Black bean soup watery, fresh without seasoning. Spinach dip was pretty good, but they blew it with the rest. My only visit...no second chance.

The service was very slow and our waitress wasn't friendly at all. The food was just ok.

Beef stew was lukewarm and extremely salty, open-faced crab and shrimp alfredo was stone cold. Red lager beer was flat and tasted like dishwater. When we asked for water, the little Nazi of a waitress said that they didn't serve water but we could buy bottled water. Avoid Gettysbrew at all costs -- poor service, worse food, abominable beer.

All this time I have been worried about my health ... I feel so much better knowing that my steak was MICROWAVED, all this time I was worried I ate remains of a suffering soldier from this former field hospital. We spent a hellish two hours there. We kept thinking that maybe the food will make it all worth it. Not so, we should have escaped earlier. Beer was undrinkable, food inedible, service lousy. It's a waste of a great location. NEVER EVER EVER EAT HERE!! SAVE YOURSELVES!

The beer was watery and flat, the kid's sodas tasted like hops, the steak was stringy, and the service was marginal at best. My wife's meal (3 types of sausage) was the only thing worth eating. I guess our first clue should have been how empty the place was at 5:00 on a Friday afternoon!?

It was a Friday evening; we were the only people there. Service was poor, food overpriced and cold, and I wasn't happy about spending a dollar for water.

Have been there. Everything said is true. Forgot to add the place is not air conditioned. In July it literally is like eating in a barn. lol Beer is of bad quality.
